Customer Service


The SRA Support team helps facilitate the growth of SRA's learning community by meeting the needs of our educational partners in a variety of ways. Our team consists of former educators who understand the rewards and challenges of using technology in the classroom. We offer a combination of online and telephone support for our clients. We understand that just as children have different learning styles, so do adults. Therefore, whether you are a novice or an expert when it comes to using technology, we can provide you with the level of technical support that best meets your needs.

To better serve all of our clients, we offer online resources that can be printed for later reference. Our resources include manuals and fact sheets, lessons to guide you through important system processes, help text on each page of the educator tools, and a glossary of pertinent terms and concepts. We also offer an online computer test that enables you to assess your computer's ability to run our system, with information and links to upgrade your system as necessary.
